Mozambique's Cholera Resolution

The amount of pollution and waste  in Africa is reaching a hazardous level. This creates the cholera that infests vulnerable countries like Mozambique. Constructing a water filtration system near all major water sources would be affordable and beneficial to Mozambicans struggling with healthcare. This solution's fiscal advantages are a desideratum in a society where half the people are below the poverty line ("Mozambique"). Once this proposal was executed, the arbitrary cholera outbreaks would cease along with the defilement of their country's land, economy, and political system.
Cholera in Mozambique can affect it's neighbors and spread to other African countries. This wold be a catastrophe because as it propagated, the population would decrease and it would further taint their water source. To fund the water filtration plants, I suggest private donors from outside countries to send money to frontline groups through a willing celebrity. I emphasize that this would cost Mozambique nothing so as to only gain money and support without spending it. So if the country of Mozambique wants a stable economy, less pollution, and an end to cholera, all they need to do is install water filtration plants because in the end, it will save Mozambique.
